THIS IS US...

We are Phil and Marissa Schmitt, and we brought the original cornfield maze experience to Pasco, WA in 1998. Phil grew up in Cheney, WA on a three generation family farm and moved to Pasco in 1996. Marissa is a Pasco native who grew up with her family just north of Pasco on farm ground her Grandpa Herron bought in the early 1950s, as a World War II veteran. With deep roots in the area and a love for agriculture, our family enjoys bringing "good farmin' fun" to Pasco. When we opened our first corn maze 20 years ago we had just one son, Tyler. Since then we have added 5 more sons to the barnyard fun: Trevor, Tobey, Todd, Tristan, and Travis. Together, those 6 brothers are "Schmitt Brothers Farms". Over the course of the years we have also added more fun to our fall festival, and now visitors will find more than just a corn maze. You will find pumpkins, fall decor, fresh apples, barnyard games, barrel train rides, yummy food, and more. We have been doing this for a long time and we have found that what we enjoy most about our fall festival is the laughter we hear, the memories being made, and the conversations we share with those who visit us. We keep our event small enough that we can visit with everyone who comes to our "barnyard", but still have the fun atmosphere to allow visitors to make memories to last a lifetime. We especially enjoy seeing those who visited us 20 years ago as kids, who are now back visiting us with their own little ones!!! We love that Schmitt Brothers Farms is truly a family tradition, for us and our visitors! So we invite you to come on out and see what we are about. If you have been to our farm before, we look forward to seeing you again. If this will be your first visit, we are excited to meet you. At Schmitt Brothers Farms it really is all about family, ours and yours!
